How does Vebego reach thousands of employees without a desk or e-mail address?

Vebego employs over 8,000 people in 21 branches in Switzerland - the majority of whom have no fixed office workplace. Many employees have neither a business device nor an e-mail address, which made internal communication extremely difficult. Added to this was the linguistic diversity of the workforce: information had to be communicated across several locations in different languages - reliably, comprehensibly and promptly.
