The Communities overview has been rebuilt around a single feed. Previously, finding out what was new meant opening each community one by one. Now the activity comes to you.
Editors can now add tables directly in the editor, available across News, Pages, Events and Lessons. Add a table from the building blocks list, then type and format content cell by cell.
Editors can now decide who gets to see how people voted. When creating a poll or quiz, you pick one of three visibility levels. Anonymous, Visible to editors, or Public.
Messages now supports replying, pinning, group images and more flexible attachments, making it a much more complete chat for day-to-day work: reply to a specific question in a busy group conversation, pin the current shift plan to the top of your team chat, or share a safety document or site photos with a note attached.
The 'News, Pages & Events' area has been redesigned as Content Studio. Finding a specific page, checking what's still in draft, or cleaning up stale content used to take more clicks than it should. The new Content Studio gives editors a modern editorial dashboard to find, organize, and act on all their content in one place.
