On the way from a locally managed company to a process-oriented organization, Variosystems faced a key challenge: standardizing internal communication. The 2,500 employees work at nine international locations in six different languages - the previous focus on emails was no longer sufficient to reach everyone effectively and exchange knowledge. A new solution was needed: modern, centralized, multilingual and accessible to all employees - regardless of language, location or workstation type.
