Two permissions instead of one
Previously, a single permission controlled whether editors could send both email and app notifications when publishing News articles. Editors now need each permission individually for the channel they should be able to use. e.g. Grant some editors only the app notification permission, and others both email and app.
Admins assign the new permissions to editors in the User Management area, alongside all other permissions.
