How can a global company reach all employees while reducing information overload?
With over 100 years of history, Weleda today employs more than 2,300 people across 20 countries. While its products have long been available worldwide, internal communication remained largely focused on the DACH region.
International teams had limited access, separate intranets made collaboration difficult, and a large part of the workforce, especially outside the DACH region, was excluded from important information.
At the same time, information overload continued to grow. For many employees, it became increasingly difficult to distinguish what was relevant.
The key question was:
How can we create a communication channel that reaches, informs and engages employees worldwide, while strengthening a shared sense of belonging?

At launch, CEO Tina Müller personally welcomed all employees with a video message, sending a strong signal about the importance of the initiative.
