1. Pick up where you left off
A row of quick-filter cards at the top shows live counts for Drafts, Published, and Scheduled content. One click on Drafts takes you straight to everything still waiting to be finished, scoped to content you have edit rights for.
2. Find exactly what you're looking for
Search by title, then narrow down with filters for type, status, author, and more. Filters are combinable and support multi-select, so you can build precise queries without any extra navigation.

Filter by ‘Type = Page’ + ‘Ask Ahead = Yes’.

Looking for all draft and published news written by a specific author?
Combine ‘Status = Draft or Published + ‘Type = News’ + ‘Author = Jane Brown’ to get there quickly.
3. See beyond your own content
Three scope tabs let you switch between content you can edit (the default), content you created, and all content across the intranet. It's an easy way to get an org-wide picture without leaving the dashboard.
Private content the editor is not entitled to see stays hidden.
4. A clearer view of every item
The table shows author, status, and last update at a glance. Open the Details link on any row to go deeper: engagement data and the complete history of who did what and when.
5. Export your content list to Excel
Editors can download the current Content Studio view as an Excel file. Export everything, the results of an active filter, or a manual selection of rows. Use it to run further analysis, share a snapshot with stakeholders, or keep a record outside the intranet.
