Conversations
Jump back into an existing chat or reach someone for the first time, all from one search. Conversations matches your 1:1 and group chats by name and lets you start a new one.
Messages
Track down something a colleague mentioned weeks ago. The Messages filter searches the full text of your chats and takes you straight to the matching message.
Files
Browse your most recent attachments or search them by filename, across all your chats. Open a file in its chat, or download it directly from the results. Newly shared images now show their filename in the chat too, so they're easy to find here.
By default, the Files filter shows the files you've most recently sent or received.
Messages is a premium feature and is not enabled by default. To turn it on for your organization, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager.
