The Salvation Army is a worldwide Christian church and charitable organization. In Switzerland, it offers church and social services in over 160 locations.
Reaching and connecting with its nearly 1900 employees across the country, including many harder to reach frontline workers, was no easy task.
But after introducing ahead, the Swiss Salvation Army has transformed its internal communication, moving away from one-sided, top-down communication towards a two-sided and mutual style of communication.
"WhenI look at it [ahead], then I see us as an organization. I see us and can identify with us." - Daniel Imboden, CEO
Thanks to ahead, the organization now has a central hub where all employees can find relevant news, access tools and information, and connect with one another and the organization as a whole.
