New Homepage module: Quicklinks

Offer useful and prominent Quicklinks to your people

The new Quicklinks module makes it easier than ever to give users fast access to important tools, files, and resources. Admins can enable the module from Company Settings under the ‘Homepage’ section. Simply select the Quicklinks you want to display—these are managed in the Quicklinks section of Company Settings.

Key highlights:

  • Targeted visibility: Quicklinks respect the targeting settings configured in the Quicklinks manager, ensuring users only see what’s relevant to them.
  • Flexible placement: Add multiple Quicklinks modules, position them in the left or right column, edit titles for clarity, and choose to hide them on mobile devices if needed.

Automatic set of most-used Quicklinks per user

For a personalized experience, enable the option ‘User’s most used links’ to automatically display each user’s most-clicked Quicklinks. The module dynamically shows the Quicklinks each user interacts with the most over the past 30 days—no manual setup required.

You can offer a personalized module alongside customized modules.

What Quicklinks can you offer in the module?

The Quicklinks module is perfect for spotlighting tools, files, and resources that are critical for daily work or deserve extra attention.

Here are some ideas to make the most of it:

  • Highlight daily work resources: Links to tools and apps your people use regularly.
  • Promote hard-to-discover resources: For example, a knowledge page for a new company procedure or a community you want to promote.
  • Organize Quicklinks by type or topic: Create dedicated modules, such as ‘Apps and Tools’ for key applications or ‘Essential Files’ for SharePoint resources and ahead pages.

A great way to decide which Quicklinks to feature is to check which ones get the most clicks in the Quicklinks section.

Quicklinks management made simple

Remember, all Quicklinks are created and managed in the Quicklinks section of Company Settings. If you want a new link to appear in the homepage module, make sure it’s first added there.

The new Quicklinks module ensures your people have quick, easy, and targeted access to the resources they need most—right from the homepage.
