New filter for editors + New image carousel building block

• In the page admin editors can now filter the view to only see their news and pages.

• Multiple pictures can now be uploaded to the image building block. In the “Image Carousel” those pictures can be clicked through. The first picture of the series can be defined.

• Translations are not shown in a dropdown menu in the page settings panel, but are now shown as tabs above the page/news.
